This notice describes the current project-inquiry workflow.
Information you provide
The form collects your contact details, company information, project requirements, budget, timing and references. Phone and website fields are optional. You may attach reference images, PDFs and MP4 videos.
How it is used
Arivon Studio uses this information to evaluate your inquiry, discuss the project and prepare potential next steps. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Storage and access
Project details are stored in the site’s hosted database. Uploaded files are stored separately in private object storage. There is no public submission directory. Administrative access requires server-side authorization.
Reference materials
Only share materials you have permission to provide. Do not upload passwords, payment-card details, medical records or other sensitive personal information. The form accepts up to three files, 20 MB combined.
The guided brief builder
The concierge is a guided form. It does not send your answers to an AI model. Answers are saved with your inquiry only when you submit the project form.
Analytics and notifications
This website has no added advertising trackers. The hosting provider may process technical request information to operate the site. Automatic email notifications are not currently enabled.
